Mrs. Aisha Abraham

Mrs. Aisha Abraham attended Saint Louis College, Jos (1973 -1977), School of Basic Studies, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1978-1979). She obtained an LL.B degree from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1979-1982) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983.

She was a Senior Partner in Baiyee, Abubakar & Co where she was involved in the setting up of Small Scale Industries and Small Scale Businesses. She was a Graduate Assistant in the Faculty of Law, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from 1985 to 1986. She worked in the Legal and Company Secretariat Department of NAL Merchant Bank Plc between 1986 and 1988, Credit & Marketing Department of Ivory Merchant Bank (1990), Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Shelter Savings and Loans Limited (1992-1994).

Mrs. Abraham was also one of the Pioneer Directors of Urban Development Bank of Nigeria in 1992 and was Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of First Interstate Bank Plc (February 2002 ─ January 2006) one of the nine legacy banks that made up Unity Bank Plc. She was very active during the merger process as the project Secretary and the Secretary to the Steering Committee and Committee of Directors of the Bank’s in – consolidation. She is currently the Group Company Secretary of Unity Bank Plc.

Mr. Saidu Mohammed Jallo
Director

Mr. Saidu Mohammed Jallo obtained his G.C.E ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Levels Qualifications from Claverham Community College, Sussex England (1974-1979) and Bexill Sixth Form College Sussex England (1979-1982) respectively. He holds a LL.B(Hons) degree from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1982-1985) and Bachelor of Law(BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island(1986).

He is an alumnus of the University of Dundee, Scotland where he obtained a Master degree in law (1986-1989). He also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1992-1996). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Chartered Legal Draftsman (C.L.D) of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Lagos.

Mr Saidu Mohammed Jallo began his career in the banking sector with Habib Nigeria Limited in 1989 and held various positions in the Branch, Administration/personnel, Legal departments. He was appointed as the principal Legal officer of the National Board for Community Banks in March 1994 after which he joined New Africa Merchant Bank Limited as a legal officer and later became the Secretary/Legal Adviser and Head, Corporate Services Division (1994-1999). He took up appointment with Intercity Bank Plc in 1999 as the company secretary/legal Adviser ─ a position he held until Intercity Bank Plc merged with eight other banks to form Unity Bank Plc in 2006. He is currently the Deputy General Manager/Zonal Head of the North East Zone, Unity Bank Plc.

Mr. Moses Oladele Ikotun
(Managing Director)

Mr Moses Oladele Ikotun is a graduate of Banking from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars. He is the Managing Director and has several years of experience in Share Registration. He was formerly an Assistant Registrar, Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, the pioneer Registrar of Corporate Nominee Limited, Eko International Bank Plc, IMB International Bank Plc, and FIIST Ventures Ltd when it was a subsidiary of former First Interstate Bank Plc.

He is a registered member of the Securities and Exchange Commission; he has also participated in over 15 public issues in the Nigerian Capital Market.

Mr. Afolami Olayinka Samuel
(Head, Finance/ Administration)

Mr. Afolami O. Samuel holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos.

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA). He has several years of experience and started his accounting career at Industrial and General Insurance Company in 2002. He later joined SCIB Nigeria Company Limited where he rose to the position of Assistant Manager before he joined Unity Registrars Limited in 2008.

Mr. Adeleye Daniel O.
(Head, Information Technology)

Mr. Adeleye Daniel O. holds a B. Sc. Degree in Mathematics from the Lagos State University, Diploma Certificates in Computer Studies and currently doing his Masters in Information Technology (MIT). He has worked with many IT companies amongst is Compute–rite System Limited as Trainer and System analyst before he joined CentrePoint Securities Limited (a subsidiary of Former CentrePont Bank plc) as Electronic Data Processing Offer.

 He has attended several sponsored courses on Share Registration in the Institute of Capital Market Registrar (ICMR) and Computer workshops. He is currently the head of Information/Computer Technology.
